Our golf logistics & course setup services include the following:

• Solicit donated food, drinks, and goods for on-course (vendors)

• Manage all pre-event communication with your confirmed vendors

• Work with golf course management on tournament details

• Manage all on-course logistics including vendor & sponsor setup

• Event staff to manage the setup and cleanup of your course items including tables, linens, chairs, tents, trash cans, coolers (ice/product stocking & refreshing)

• Setup/cleanup of tee signs and any other specialty signage

• Contest management

• Vendor support (breaks, restroom transportation, meal delivery, etc.)
